Classic Scientific Audio Electronics (SAE) components are legendary for their high-performance engineering, distinct champagne faceplate (brushed silver-gold) or black faceplate (non-rack mount) along with a black rack-mount styling, and robust sound profiles. However, as these audiophile units age, internal components inevitably drift, degrade, or fail entirely. At Frotronics, we specialize in master-level workbench service, diagnostic testing, and total component rebuilds to bring your vintage SAE gear back to its original factory specifications. • SAE "MARK" and "00" series:  These were the best models made and they are all able to be restored. Most other models may not be restorable or repaired.

• Please contact us for other models not listed as most have major components that are obsolete and unobtainable. Also a lot of these other models have NO schematics or service manuals available which is imperative to doing repairs and/or restorations.
